Hi, I’m Jocelyn Molla, a seasoned marketing and advertising professional with over 25 years of experience. I specialize in creating cross-channel digital marketing strategies and solutions and establishing effective communication plans. I’ve had the opportunity to work with brands across multiple categories such as T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Chili’s, Liberty Mutual, Valvoline, Frontier Communications, Santander Bank, America’s Test Kitchen, Cook’s Country and Cook’s Illustrated to name a few.
My expertise is vast, spanning brand strategy and positioning, channel strategy and activation, creative and campaign development across the digital landscape.
Throughout my career, I've worn the hats of media planner, broadcast media buyer, digital strategist, digital buyer, communications planner and marketing director. I also co-led the media department for one of Boston’s largest advertising agencies.
Out of the Office
I was born in Boston, and spent most of my formative years in Vermont where I developed a love of the outdoors. After college in Connecticut, I moved to Boston where I lived for 15 years before getting the itch to move to the West Coast. I found myself in Santa Monica for 4 sun-soaked years. Today you can find me back on the East Coast (the best coast!), skiing at Sugarbush in the Mad River Valley (a place that feels like home in every season), with the sand between my toes on Cape Cod (where my heart is) or exploring everything my rich neighborhood of East Boston has to offer (the food to name one).
I find immense fulfillment in giving back to my community and beyond. I'm an active rescue dog foster with Great Dog Rescue New England (www.gdrne.com), where I've come very close to “foster failing” a number of times. I volunteer as a therapy dog handler with my golden retriever, Maple, through Caring Canines Boston Visiting Therapy Dogs where I sit on the Board of Directors as Outreach Coordinator.
When I'm not giving back, you'll find me strolling through quaint New England towns and indulging my love for the outdoors through activities like skiing, hiking, and paddle boarding. I'm a dog lover, a road tripper, a terrible golfer, and a true crime and reality TV binger.
